Mostly I would hope if held at Arlington, there would be less likelihood of Shelia Jackson Lee jumping in front of the camera.

I mean no disrespect to any vet. I do not mean to elevate those who lie in state at the capital above them. But I would rather his memorial be a military, not a political event.
