The guy wasn’t really anti-semite, so much as an anti-Zionist. There’s a subtle, but distinct difference. One is a raging liberal and the other is a European style “right winger”, aka, a Neo-Nazi.
Face it, though, the guy was delusional, and trying to pigeon hole his ideology is a waste of time. The left is making a good attempt at it though, in an effort to exploit this tragedy for political purposes, very much like the Wellstone funeral.
