sperm can survive five days in the right environment - i.e. the vagina in the fertile days preceding ovulation. Their life expectancy on a discarded condom at room temp - guessing a few hours, max. But just a guess.

so if the girl never slept with the guy, why would she think to sue HIM for child support, and run the paternity test on him? Why would a court order him to take the paternity test if by her admission, he never had intercourse with her?

Sperm can survive up to seven days in the right environment. My daughter is proof of that.

Note for all men: NEVER consent to a paternity test if there's any way to avoid it. No good can possibly come of it.
