The image of the 2009 Certificate of Live Birth is not an existing document, but a representation of how a 2009 COLB might look if Obama ordered one today.
It was created exactly in the same way that the COLB scan forger fabricated the COLB document shown in Factcheck's photographs.
I never intended on leaving it up here without this disclaimer to follow it on the same day it was posted. I needed to gauge your reactions to seeing it to know if it would be seen as being a genuine document.
Now that I know it could, I will label it accordingly across the front of the document that it is an interpretation and not an actual document.
Some people have said that I possess ZERO digital imagine skills I'd say that I proved that wrong, in spades.

It took you about seven hours to create a “Disclaimer”(?). That is pretty late and mostly looks like a weak excuse. President Reagan said: “Trust, but verify, hmmmm!!!
While I appreciate what you were trying to show, I firmly believe that this was a VERY bad way to do it. And, frankly, a lot of the damage has already been done...
If you’ll notice, a great many of us caught the mistakes. We also realized that you hadn’t given us a source for the document as well. AND, even though a great many of us trustED you, we STILL wanted to verify independently.
I’d say the only thing you really proved is that you didn’t think it through very carefully, and gave no thought to how your information would be perceived by others beyond trying to prove the point that you have good imagine[sic] (imaging) skills (or maybe it should be skillZ?).
This thread has injured ALL of our credibility, not just “Birthers”, but ALL FReepers. This wasn’t an ‘accident’.
You, Dr. Pollard, deliberately misled people by posting a COMPLETELY fraudulent document, and NOW because you were discovered you say it was to teach us a lesson?
What if you HADN’T made the mistake on the “Hawaii” county? What if folks HADN’T mentioned it? How long before your little stunt ends?
How many people came to the thread, saw the document, and now think a NEW one HAS been issued? How many people are now going around with fake information in their heads that when they share it they will lose ALL credibility as well?
I could go on and on. I’m so mad I could spit. This was WRONG of you to do Polarik. This is NOT some game, and actions have consequences.
You have deliberately spread ‘disinformation’, and that my friend, makes you NOT someone to trust. Thanks for the ‘lesson’, but you are the one who should be reviewing their actions here.

OH, and if you REALLY want people to realize this is a FRAUDULENT document, then why don’t you ‘fix’ the image again to SHOW the disclaimer NOW?
Also, do you know that people can directly copy photos on photobucket to their own accounts? How many people copied the first image you posted? How many have copied the “fixed” one now? How many are coming here and STILL copying it possibly thinking it’s real? Or worse, copying it directly from Photobucket with NO EXPLANATION AT ALL???
Information travels (literally) at the speed of light on the internet, and STILL you let this drag on. It’s now almost 8:00 pm CST — HOW LONG UNTIL YOU PUT THE DISCLAIMER ON THE PHOTO?
