Since I’ve added B-12 and Iron supplements to my daily routine of a multi-vitamin, I no longer feel tired all the time and I have color back in my skin tone. I’ve always been borderline anemic, so these new vitamins have been a huge help. Will be adding some Vitamin D soon.

When you add Vitamin D to our regimen please get Vitamin D3 in 1000 or 2000 IU gelcaps. I take 2000 IU’s of D3 per day but Starwise and her mom take more.
The D3 is the effective form of D for women - for all. Anticancer, pro heart, pro bone health, etc etc etc.
