Do you know how many HH knives you sent out, and what types?

There was a table on the old Hobbit Hole site that had a reasonably accurate total. A perfect count is impossible, since I gave away a lot of my own collection when I was short of money. Also, it was more than just knives, and included flashlights, pouches, weather stations, pouches, etc.

I hope that helps.

Not sure how I got this one. :-)

You Are Grumpy
You can’t help but be a little crabby sometimes... life can be so annoying.
You may be a grump, but people still love you. Your honesty and loyalty make up for any moodiness.

You are stubborn and passionate. You can’t be easily intimidated or talked out of something.
You’ll stand up and fight for those you love. You are a true leader.

You Are Sleepy
You are an easy-going, relaxed person. You don't have a care in the world, and you find it easy to nod off anytime.
People enjoy being around you. You are a complete natural, and you always act however you feel.

Despite what people may think, you don't have a lazy bone in your body. You are a very hard worker.
When work needs to be done, you'll work your hardest. That's why you're so sleepy at the end of the day!

*Sigh*

Alex managed to get the plastic down in the garage. She wants to be a ceiling cat.

Well, OB and I are practically climbing the ceiling, so there's that. Gyps developed an abcess on her other elbow, so we've spent the day alternating trying to get food in her and pressing the ~goop~ out of her abcess. Sucessful on the medical front, not so much on the feeding front :(

Poor Gypsy! Maybe get her favorite take-out?

I’m trying to figure out how to cat-proof my seed starting operation.

Much better today on the leg and a bit better appetite, yep, LSA did ‘take out’ today. Was at therange today, a group of young’uns got a dose of charcoal burners today. Good kids, polite and attentive, some good shots in the making.

FYI there are several new threads on the Hobbit Hole Topic. One about a non-Hobbit Tolkien medieval story, one on some indications about the names of the two Hobbit movies, and one on the Soviet Union’s translations of Hobbit stories.

Was watching FOTR with Luke last night (and having much to explain).

I started to post to my Facebook status that “He needs Elvis medicine” and realized that no one would understand...

Well, you wouldn’t want them little ones getting rained on would you?

In other newz, we have a ground squirrel in the woodpile, doesn’t seem to mind Gypsy but keeps a wary eye on Annie.

I cleaned up the beds somewhat today. Stuff that I planted last fall are putting out growth: the collards, chard, spinach, and arugula. The turnips were putting out leaves but I pulled ‘em up. I’ll plant some lettuce tomorrow.

Miss Alex is not going to like it when I dig the winter rye grass under.

I saw that. I am not a happy camper. Poor Gypsy is having enough problems right now without having to nagivate a backyard covered with snow again. Hopefully it won’t stick around too long.

BTW, I just got the precious!!
