My update is that my surgery has been moved back again due to the availability of the team members. The bad news is that the new date was going to be at the end of January (gasp!) and the shock of this move contributed to a significant relapse.
I did try to keep upbeat but the symptoms responded to the stress.
Thankfully, I am back to where I was before the relapse, which is good: tingling is only in feet and three fingers; stiffness is much less than it was. Yay!
The other thing to be thankful for is that the doctor’s office was able to find and confirm (!) my surgery date for the end of December. It’s not as soon as I would like, but it’s a darned sight better than late January!
I am also thankful to have you as my friends. Thank you so much for your thoughts and prayers and for your kind messages!

I had just stopped by the thread last night to see if there was an update that I had missed, and saw Foxy’s last message. Now, hearing from you!
Been praying for you. So glad that you will have the surgery behind you by the New Year! At least, you can enjoy the holidays knowing that it will be taken care of soon afterward.

Nice news for the Thanksgiving holiday that your surgery has been moved back to Dec. from Jan. Please don't tell anyone in the Obama crowd or you may be rescheduled to 2012.
Thanks also for posting the link to Griff Jenkins coverage of the Tony Snow Miracle Mile run at Alexandria, VA. Griff is always trying to do a good deed in memory of Tony. He even ran in the race himself.
save liberty, you are carrying a double burden! Not only do you have the stress of your surgery date being temporarily extended but you also live in Massachusetts! Ho much more can a person bear?
Praying that your surgery will go forward on the original date or even be moved up closer than that. And that our Lord will hold you in his arms until that date and thru your surgery.
