If I’m not mistaken the photos shown are the STAGED photos created by the military (government) after they jumped the gun and announced the ufo.

It is indeed a ‘weather balloon’ material—by design—to bolster the 48 hour later ‘story’ that the whole thing was a weather balloon.

This is NOT the memory metal.
