Eventually a variety of bugs and worms begin to find their way out of the body through the lesions.

Has no one ever collected a sample of these little beasties for an entomologist to examine? Surely that would provide some sort of clue as to the pathology of the disease.

I checked some other sites on this and none mentions bugs coming out.

It sounds like a nervous system problem. Perhaps the fibers are nerves run amok.

Out here in the hills of Appalachia, people are often sure they’ve seen mountain lions. As with the variety of Morgellons bugs and worms, no one has yet discovered and provided any hair, feces, blood, hide, or any other biosample to prove the Appalachian mountain lion’s existence.
