OK, I'll bite, what is/was the "news" in an editorial?

And yes, I do realize the implications.

I don't think you realize the implications of YOUR stance.

The moderators of this site are not paid one thin dime.
Do you REALLY expect them to fully read each post and determine its newsworthyness?

If it came from a blog, it will normally go in bloggers and personal, not news and activism.

If you deem it "newsworthy" maybe you should help the mods out and contact them to let them know.

It ain't hard, a little ping to the admin mod, and it ain't rocket science, if you can post it surely you can let the mod know why you think it's newsworthy.

Based on recent elections and current events in Washington DC, it is “news’ to most Americans, including many “conservatives” that the very people they just elected caused the problem in the first place...

At the end of the column is a call for “activism” as the government is about to dump a few trillion more down the crapper...

Maybe I don’t understand the FR definition of News or Activism?
