Are we sure that some tribe of Native Americans will not claim this as one of their “sacred ancestors”, like “Kennewick Man”?

Or worse, some tribe of Bedouins that have been wandering up and down that strip of land since long before Moses, and wants to use the presence of these remains to “prove” their right to occupy the land into perpetuity, and exclude newcomers like Abraham or Moses.
