Snow?! Weekend looks wintry (global cooling alert)
Philadelphia Inquirer ^ | 04/06/07 | Peter Mucha

A chilly spell is one thing. It's not too surprising that a freeze warning was in effect this morning for South Jersey, Delaware and Maryland.

But snow?

More than two weeks into spring?

Yes, white stuff is in the forecast for three mornings in a row.

April is unusually cool evrywhere, even in the equatorial regions.

No one can explain it, not even the “Climate Experts”.

We’re in for some here, but Spring snows aren’t unusual for us. Still, it must be Bush’s fault.

I’m looking outside at the frozen tulips, the frozen flowering pear blossoms...

Try this on for size.
1) There is an emerging La Nina
2) It’s nearly certain that the Pacific Decadal Oscillation has flipped into Cold mode
3) Solar activity is on the wane
4) The long warm up after the Little Ice Age has been going on now for almost 150 years. This natural effect has to end at some point.
5) The even longer warm up coming out of the Pliestocene has been going on now for over 10000 years. It too must end at some point.

With all of this, any remaining human induced global warming effect may start to have progressively lower impact and at some point, may be overcome.

Mother Nature is nonpartisan, much to the chagrin of Al Gore.

Based on what your saying, I’m guessing that the “Climate Experts” can explain it but have chosen not to.

It’s like this every year in the northeast... when the warmer weather finally gets here... the days start getting shorter.

The new correct term is “climate change”. That way any variation in the weather, or lack thereof, is the fault of Bush/capitalism/SUVs and can be corrected only by the common people returning to a preindustrial way of life (rich liberals, of course, are still permitted their Hummer limos and Gulf V’s to spread the message).

We have two feet of fluffy global warming, with four foot drifts, and possibly another two feet by morning. Yesterday visibility was your hand in front of your face. Wind chill heading for zero. Blizzard warning tonight.

Today the UN is releasing its IPCC propaganda report. It will be printed in all languages including Marxist gibberish. God does have a sense of humor. :-)

It is supposed to get down in the low 20’s here tonight and this weekend. They are warning people who have plants outside to cover them up. Guess it will get the fruit here in this area. We have a lot of plum, apple and peach farms here in this part of N. AL.

Based on what your saying, I’m guessing that the “Climate Experts” can explain it but have chosen not to.

The global warming "experts" are aware that the current cold weather shoots holes in their theory. If you notice, they now say "Global Warming" causes unstable or erratic weather. So, any weather that is "unusual", whether warm or cold, is caused by global warming.

There are non politicized climate experts who have explained this. But of course, the MSM ignores them.
