Webb--at least Allen apologized for his remark. Where's your apology for the monkey face comment? Why don't you try to explain yourself to the people in Little Saigon in Falls Church?
And what about the rest of the Asian community? Webb--I can assure you the "monkey face" item is circulating in the Korean community. I made sure of that last night. Fairfax county is comprised of 15 pecent Asians, Mr. Webb. About 13 percent Korean, 1 percent Vietnamese, the remaining 1 percent a smattering of the rest, predominately Filipino and Thai.
That is 150,000 people, Mr. Webb. Probably about 100,000 of voting age, Mr. Webb. We'll get the message out.

Good work! Although I am not in Virginia, I am rooting for George Allen to stomp that odious Webb into a grease spot! Go, Chairman, go!!!!
I saw Webb on TV. He comes across as a very nasty man. I can't see how the media can elect him if people get to see him talking. On the other hand Allen, his Republican opponent, comes accross as very likeable.
To: Miss Marple Mr. HOB went off to his second job already. I am home with the chores for Saturday and the pups. Tonight we may be going to the Halloween party at the Steven Udvar-Hazy Museum with the kids next door. It's really the second Smithsonian Air and Space Museum here in the NVA area. Really neat and I wanted to have kids to take to it. So I asked for 6 tickets ( it's free). I'll know today if we're going so I need to get everything else done.
Tomorrow, we are going to church as usual. But we, are taking two of our friends with us. They are Hindu and expressed a desire to come to our church since they don't get to temple very often. Uma reads the Bible every day and Sunny's children from a first marriage are all Christians. I am happy to have them with us. This is a most unusual request.
Tomorrow I will be busy with the kids during Sunday school since we are having a Reformation Sunday celebration. (a Halloween party was dissed by some of the teachers - they teach in the public schools too and I am sure this influenced their decision.)
Anyway, we are painting pumpkins and making carmel apples after listening to Pastor talk about Reformation Sunday and Martin Luther.

We here in NC are just as incensed about Durham D.A. Nifong and his calling the obviously innocent Lacross players "hooligans" as you are about Webb's calling Koreans "monkey faces".
Yesterday, Nifong admitted that he has NEVER talked w/the accuser about the "rape" she accused them of. Yet, he has put them and their families through emotional and financial h*ll. He hopes/plans to be elected Nov. 7.
Did we have our first "R" rated thread yesterday? Mr. Webb has always creeped me out.
It's overcast, windy, and 70 degrees. We will be lucky to get to 77.

Yes, we did. And hopefully the last. There was material I couldn't post, and couldn't be legally aired on the radio, yet they were in his books, on sale, in bookstores, that minor children could buy.
