Axl Rose allegedly bites security guard

STOCKHOLM, Sweden - Guns N' Roses frontman Axl Rose was arrested in Stockholm early Tuesday after allegedly biting a security guard in the leg outside his hotel, police said.
Rose — who performed in the Swedish capital on Monday evening — was being held on suspicion of attacking and threatening the guard, as well as causing damage to the Berns Hotel where the alleged scuffle took place, police spokeswoman Towe Hagg said.
Hagg told The Associated Press that Rose was intoxicated during the confrontation, which broke out around 8 a.m., and would face questioning after he sobers up.
"He was deemed too intoxicated to be questioned right away," she said.
A prosecutor will then decide whether to press charges against him, Hagg also said.
It was unclear what caused the fight, but Swedish tabloids said the guard tried to intervene when Rose started arguing with a woman in the hotel lobby.
Fredrik Nylen, one of the police officers who helped arrest Rose, was quoted by the daily Aftonbladet Web site as saying that the singer acted aggressively toward police and had to be "handcuffed and restrained" in the hotel.
"He kept a high profile, so to speak," Nylen was quoted as saying.
Guns N' Roses played a concert in Stockholm's Globe Arena Monday night, and had been partying at a well-known night club before the scuffle, Aftonbladet said.

Rose: "Huh?"
Police: "Why did you bite him?"
Rose: "Bite? Wha..?"
Police: "The guard. Why did you bite the guard?"
Rose: "I bit a guard? Can you get me a beer?"
Guns N' Roses was the death knell of long-haired 80s rock.

The guitar player is over-rated and shotgun axel just plain sucks...sorry fans!
And apparently Axl's maturity level has not progressed since the eighties.
As far as I'm concerned, the only real rock band of the 80's... not that bubble gum glam stuff. Their songs are on the level of the Rolling Stones. Some good songwriting... musically and lyrically.
This coward is known for hitting his girlfriends if my memory serves.
His only redeeming virtue is that he is biodegradable.
Maybe so, but he was married to one beautiful woman. She looked good in the VS catalog but she looked stunning in person. Why she married him, who knows.
