It was cathartic. I got to say to her what I want to say to most of my liberal friends. But they're friends and I would never do that. But she wasn't a friend, so, what the hell???!!!!

Agreed. Sounds like it was tit for tat.
I used to speak fairly freely to my Liberal friends, but now they're not my friends any more.
I am just starting to become a little more tactful in that regard, especially important since there is hardly anyone around here who is not Liberal.
Since I was born and and raised Liberal myself, I guess I had to go through a phase of expressing things to them. Ultimately, it's sort of part of understanding that communication is impossible.

Christian's owe their salvation in part to the Jews, that's one reason they support them. It's God who has plans for your friends salvation.

It is often a good idea to do occasional purging of acquaintances. People who I can rely on to watch my back, or who are there for me when I'm down, or who give me good advice or insight, or give me a "from the heart" honest kick in the butt when it's needed, stay on my "keep" list
People who cost me aggravation without returning anything of value, go on the "dispose" list
There are some unhappy people who are unhappy because of a shortage of friends, but more are unhappy because they have too many vampires among their acquaintances
That means that there is no contact throughout the year and the only contact is when they receive a Christmas Card from us.
