We will not tire, we will not falter, and we will not fail!
Good morning!!
Do not let the victims of the attacks on New York and Washington, nor the brave members of our Nation's military who have given their lives to protect our freedom, die in vain!!
South Dakota is now taking on Roe, and God bless them! Yesterday, at 6:34 PM ET, the AP ran a story indicating the governor of that state had signed into law legislation banning all forms of abortion except, and only except, when the procedure is necessary to save the life of the mother. The governor says the law will not be enforced until such time as it is upheld by the Supreme Court.
Similar legislation is pending in several other states.
New Jersey is considering legislation that would prohibit anonymous access to the Internet. That would likely not affect FR, as the bill deals with access to the Internet, not what you do once you are there.
Barbara Streisand is certainly keeping up with public education and "creative spelling". In the latest post on her website, she accuses President Bush of being a "dummbe".
And a new form of discrimination has been birthed. The writer of Brokeback, after not winning Best Picture, accused the Academy of "rural discrimination".
For AMERICA - The Right Way, I remain yours in the Cause, the Chairman.

That is extremely good news about South Dakota. Mississippi has a similar law wending its way through the legislature. I am really praying that they will be written in an air-tight, clear and precise fashion that there will be no possibility of loopholes.
The SD law was very specific when defining conception and when the new life began. It recognizes the protected legal status of a human being from the moment of penetration by the sperm through the "skin" of an egg. And that is when the life begins. Immediately after that, the processes of miosis and mytosis take over and that being has a separate and unique DNA. It is a homo sapiens DNA and cannot develop in any other fashion.
But, I think, I'm preaching to the choir.

"Rural Discrimination".....I've had it for 40 years, but didn't know it! LOL. This taxpayer continues to provide her own water/septic tank and pay for rural fire dept., garbage pickup and road upkeep for private road...even had to pay the county for the road sign.

Enjoy it while it lasts ... it seems that in the South, at least, rural discrimination is beginning to be a hate crime. Everything rural is getting eaten up by everything suburban.

GOOOOOOD A.M. TO ONE AND ALL OUT IS THIS WONDERFUL FREEPERLAND FROM THE MISSISSIPPI GULF COAST, USA, BRUISED BUT NOT BROKEN!!!!
Sorry I have been missing but folks, so close but yet so far with my 'shack in the back'. BED to be delivered this A.M., started putting my 'stuff' on my ceiling shelfs, Am having my 'easter egg' type hunt looking for the items I packed when we moved from my house in town and upset right now, can no firn my Nancy Drew books, they were my wife's when she was a wee little girl, but MORE Upset because I can't find my RED RYDER' book, found my RED RYDER BB gun that I have had all my life, got it as a little ole ruffle headed boy.
Being that I am moving into my new place, I decided to get some new dishes. Well, my friend in New Orleans gave me a ROOSTER set with glasses and silverware PLUS the Rooster dish towels. Granted, even if I cook eggs I will have little room but hey, at least it is MY kitchen.
I don't know if you agree or not but I am convinced that the Dims WANT something to happen to us here in the USA, an attack, something so they can blame it on the President. And the Leakers? start with the elected politicians in the House and Senate. In all of my 70 years (as of the last of this month) I have NEVER seen anything like it is today in Washington. The MEANNESS practiced by the politicians is out of control, big time. Problem is we got folks like Lindsey Graham (VP), Haqgel, Specter (pubs) doing all they can to make the President look bad and it would not surprise me at all if they leaked information to the press along with the KNOWN leaker's.
Pictures will be sent shortly of my 'Shack in the Back' from start to finish. Now, going to landscape around the front porch (take only a few minutes), put my rocker out, maybe my cypress trunk coffee table and my Bell, cow bell, just ring it to accounce yourself. I told D that we would have a open house, 3 folks at a time being it is so small.
Here is hoping and praying that all have a good day and SMILE! And if you only knew what it means for you just to say 'Good Morning' to an older person.
Oh. my report on my chickens, Bill protecting the girls big time. squared off with one of my dogs yesterday, dog backed down. Bill was eating his dog food, yep, dog food, all my chickens eat it. Ummmm, bet ole Bill well be BARKING soon instead of crowing.

I can't say I like that cartoon. In well over 95% of pregnancies the parents knew what they were doing. That is when the choice comes in. That is when the girl thinks, "This is my body. I can do what I want with it." Abortion is a choice to kill another person based on their geography and inconvenience.
Sorry, there is choice in South Dakota. The cartoon has a bogus premise.
