I’ve seen some businesses list products as ‘imported’. That is way too vague. My guess is that the majority of products listed as ‘imported’ are from China specifically.

At the end of the day fines and regulatory costs will be passed on to the consumer, hopefully without the business having to close.

I bought my wife a crepe pan years ago, and part of the reason I paid more for the Williams-Sonoma pan was that it was marked “Made in France”, Not Red China.
