At this point it wouldnt matter what it was. I would claim fear of life or grave injury. My EDC would do the rest of the speaking for me.

And a fair jury would believe you. We don’t know what happened before the start of that brief clip, but it sure looks like the guy was facing a potential mob. And then there’s the taser thing.
