Pollster Frank Luntz warned that if New York Attorney General Letitia James seizes former President Donald Trump’s assets, it could create victimhood and increase his chances of being elected in 2024.
“If they take his stuff, he’s going to say that this is proof that the federal government and the establishment and the swamp in Washington and all the politicians across the country and the attorneys generals and all of this, that this is a conspiracy to deny him the presidency,” Luntz told CNN’s John Berman on Thursday. “He’s going to go up in the polls just like he went up every single time they indicted him.”

All I know is I would give anything to see the look on the face of that judge and Letitia James if Trump wins. I heard she has some questionable finances of her own, oops!!!

To prove Luntz right, the vote is going to have to exceed the margin of fraud, and that’s going to be larger this year than it was in 2020.
Constitutional scholar Jonathan Turley believes Trump’s predicament is a form of “mob justice”........in order to get another judge to look at “what I’ve done to you, you’ve got to come up with half a billion dollars just to appeal.”
It’s like a judge saying, “I’m going to take your house away, but you can appeal my decision.
You just have to sell your house in order to do it.”
On occasion, the Supreme Court has intervened in state actions, on punitive damages, when damages become so high they deny someone due process of law.
“This is falling into that extreme category, in my view. I find it appalling.”
“It shocks the conscience that you have to pony up this type of money just to get someone to look at what you believe, and I believe, is an excessive ruling by this judge,” Turley concluded.
I wish it were wore true, but Luntz opinion is worth nothing.

The DNC may have been the method, but who or what has been the agency? Look at the simultaneous destruction of law and justice in Canada, India, Germany, France, Australia, etc., etc. This is global.

I’m guessing 10-15% which would put Joey at 90 million plus “votes”. At that rate we are quickly surpassing the numbers of “eligible” and “registered” voters.
