If Biden has declining mental issues, how can he run the country?
He’s just a figurehead anyway. His Handlers have been running the country.

Either one of them would be difficult to beat because of the structure of the 2020 steal is still in place.
He didn’t have the strength to go out there and campaign in 2020 either. That didn’t stop them from cheating for him like crazy.
The puppet masters get stronger, as Biden can’t remember if he is President.

They know the doyen of dementia won’t win in a fair election against Trump. They have come up with various scenarios for staying in the White House, and one of them might be to dump biden and nominate mooooochelle.
He won’t drop out willingly, but the thought of 2-3 new mansions just might make Jill convince him to throw in the towel.
The Democrats will do whatever is best for the Democrat party.
They don’t care about The United States.
That could be true, but I’d be rather surprised if he actually exercises that kind of control over decisions, given the Wizard-of-Oz type structure of Democrat Party hierarchy. And then there’s Jill…
But if what you surmise is how it went down, the chaos today in the White House is beyond all imagination.

Too mild, they are in the process of destroying polite society and bringing about chaos leading to a police state for everyone except criminals.

They obviously make policy decisions without him, they can hide that, but when it comes to something as simple as “I am going to speak” they can’t stop him, he will just blow up worse the next time he’s allowed to speak. He’s a bomb with a lit fuse now.
This is why they have to remove him and I’m sure they are just trying to figure out the best timing.
If the removal is in motion, they are likely having some very hard conversations with cackling Kamala, as they will want some pretty heavy restrictions agreed to in advance. It’s a rough position for them to be in, having no choice but to turn to her, and the party will fracture from the experience.
They might even have trouble implementing ballot stuffing with the kind of party chaos that will be created from this.
He just has to do the bunker hunker again and all will go as planned.

This whole thing is astroturf. There is no way that Hur's report would be published without the powers that really control the administration knowing in advance exactly what it was going to say and influencing the content as needed. But they may have kept it from the Bidens. A thoroughly vetted plan is beginning to play out.
