I must have accidentally crossed the membrane in to Bizarro World.
The dogs are not permitted to cross the border because they may bring disease to the United States and infect dogs here.
But illegal aliens are permitted to enter the United States with out so much as a medical screening bringing who knows what diseases with which they will infect United States citizens.
Truly insane
I fully expect outbreaks of long ago conquered diseases such as TB brought in by migrants.
