The image comes from the Atlantic article that Soros Jr. linked in the tweet. It's possible that he was thinking of a Trump hit, but the Atlantic article, supposedly written by "Roge Karma," itself has a different message. They may be trying to goad Trump into posting an angry response on twitter or Truth Social.
