Something to keep in mind -
The attacks on Biden from the Democrat Establishment coincide with the ascent of Gavin Newsom.
How could the DNC avoid a messy primary and nominate their preferred candidate (Newsom)?
It’s in the fine print.
Biden is increasingly frail and confused, his dementia is worsening and his economic plan is faltering.
His popularity continues to crumble even among Democrats.
Consider the possibility that he resigns after receiving the Presidential nomination at the DNC 2024 convention.
Why that specific timing?
Because –
Rules adopted by the Democratic National Committee in 2022 leave the DNC as the sole authority to appoint a Presidential nominee where that nominee resigns after the August 2024 convention.
No vote or primary needed.
Newsom is already running a presidential campaign – his tour of China, Xi’s visit to SF (why not DC??), his civil rights stops in the US.
The question is whether he is targeting 2024 or 2028.
Maybe it’s both.
This is Newsom’s final term as governor; he’s barred from running in 2026.
Strategically, it is better for him to run now rather than wait until 2028. Think momentum.
What does Newsom have to say about a presidential run? Curious non-denials.

I posted this scenario a couple of weeks back and I stand by it still:
Newsom is definitely next in line for the Dem. nomination..
1) Biden drops out for health reasons after securing the Dem nomination. He doesn’t resign, he just says he’s not running.
2) The DNC hands the nomination to Newsom, Biden gives his stamp of approval.
3) Harris makes some noise but fades out with the promise of some $$ and a cushy job somewhere, or a promise of a SC nod if Newsom wins.
4) Newsom start campaigning as a “moderate” with a dark horse running mate. Definitely a woman, preferably a POC, but not Harris....who then?? (I’m thinking Gretchen Whitmer is also a possibility).
5) With Newsom running, JFK Jr.’s influence as a 3rd party spoiler wanes.
I guarantee, promise, with 100% confidence, that every single female DEM will pull the lever for Newsome. They will drop JFK Jr like he never existed in the first place.
I guarantee, promise, with 100% confidence, that a SIGNIFICANT number of female Independant voters will pull the lever for Newsome. “He’s so cute!”.

The DNC has already picked their candidate. There is no need for a primary and there won't be one. To have a "food fight" at the convention (over Biden) is impossible, no one on the floor wants to hear his name again.
There could be a BLM vs. Newsom fight, and we should do what we can to encourage that - we don't know if Barack has signed off on Newsom or not.

So you imagine that say, Texas or Florida or Ohio is spending money printing up ballots now, based on ongoing speculation that Newsom will be the Dem nominee? Who are they putting down for the GOP nominee, do you think?
Yeah, no.
No campaign, no speeches, no need to debate or answer questions. What's to talk about? You already have the media fully on your side.
The covid lockdowns were the template with Biden's basement complain. No need to spend money on campaigns, rallies or commercials.
The dem base will be ecstatic to dump Biden and be rescued by their new savor Galvin.
But what about Kamala, she's a black woman and all?
They don't give a rats ass about black women, black men, Hispanics, gays or trans people.
They care about power and nothing else.
The fact they will all look like a complete steaming pile of unabashed hypocrites means only one thing, It's Friday, what else is new.
If your guarantees are correct, Trump supporters will be F*CKED unless President Trump generates such large numbers so as to be outside the margin of the ‘Hair Apparent’s’ draw.

September 10 is about the drop dead date for ballot printing. This is the lead time need for absentee, etc. 30 days before the election.
Those ballots have to be printed by certified printers with special set ups to be run through the machines.
Biden is a selfish man. He won’t voluntarily give up power. They’ll have to come up with some other means to get him out of the way. They will probably threaten to impeach him, which if the Dems do it would be a foregone conclusion. Not sure that even that would get him to leave voluntarily. At the rate he is disintegrating, it won’t be him making the call in any case.
The Democrats will wait until the clueless Republicans have nominated Donald Trump on the assumption that he can’t help but win as he faces the senile, unpopular moron now in the White House. Trump toadies like Steve Bannon are already lining up Trump’s cabinet and hoping they’ll be installed as Trump’s senior advisors.
These people can’t see the forest for the trees. They’re so certain of a Biden-Trump rematch that they’re oblivious to the fact that Trump, if he’s nominated, won’t face Biden. It will be someone else, more than likely, Newsome. So, Trump with all his baggage and thirsting after revenge and full of hate will be up against a fresh face whom the MSM will portray as the next great thing, a uniter, a pleasant, 50-something wonder who was re-elected with ease as the governor of the largest state in the Union. They’ll create a dream candidate just like they created Barack Obama.
Republicans, pinning their hopes on a geriatric who’s already showing signs of cognitive decline, will lose again and the country will be gone, lost forever.
They better be careful. Gufoyle or whatever don jrs woman was married to him and can scream rape the day before election.
Not quite, the 12th Amendment only prevents an elector from voting for both the President AND the Vice-President if they are both from the same State (California) as is the elector. This means that said same State elector could only vote for President OR Vice-President, not both. In a blow-out election it would not matter, but in a close 2024 electoral election you might have a situation whereby you get Newsom as the 47th President and a Republican Vice-Presidential candidate elected as Vice-President instead of the Democrat VP candidate due to the large decisive number of California’s 54 electoral votes in 2024.

Jeez. I so so hope you’re wrong. But your words ring true. Sad state of affairs when a woke lunatic can win in “cute.” The electorate has lost all reason.
