Haley, Scott, and Christie are equally clueless.
I think these fools all think that if Pres Trump is somehow ushered off the stage, that the Republican voters will frantically be searching for a savior.
What absolutely none of them realize that if, God forbid, Pres Trump is out of the race, I can confidently say that so are MOST of his supporters. I’m one of them. If it isn’t Pres Trump, it isn’t anyone for me.
Folks like to talk about how 2020 was stolen. How 2022 was stolen.
Pres Trump’s entire tenure was stolen. First by the Republicans in Congress, who then did nothing to stop Democrats from taking the House and then the Senate. His entire 4 years was, for the most part, on defense. All the Republicans campaigned on the same exact thing: cutting taxes, smaller and less intrusive government, immigration, getting rid of the ACA.
They gave him his tax cuts, after that they did nothing. Actually the same as the Dem’s did Soetero. He got the ACA, after that nothing. The YUGE difference was, Pres Trump actually wanted to do things to help the American people, Soetero wanted the White House version of Soul Train with Beyonce.
There might be a few folks that will cling to anyone left is Pres Trump is gone, but not many.
Pence, Haley, Christie, and Scott are opportunists...nothing more.
