You missed the big one. In the article he stated:

“...confidential information that I passed on to the media...”

That is treason, no question about it. Where is the DOJ arresting him and grilling him for his contacts in the DOJ that also passed sensitive information he admitted was confidential to him to be leaked to the media.

Government confidential information is classified national security information created or received by an agency of the federal government or a government contractor that would damage national security if improperly released.

Intentionally disclosing classified information is a federal crime under the espionage act. Punishment may be up to ten years in prison, a large fine, or could even get you charged with treason.

Where’s the heat?
