Republican lawmakers are demanding transparency from President Joe Biden regarding his 2017 tax returns in which his entity, “CelticCapri Corp,” listed nearly $10 million without specifying revenue line items, raising concerns about who paid the entity and for what in the wake of Joe Biden’s alleged link to a $5 million Ukrainian “bribery” scheme.
Before the 2020 election, USA Today published a “fact check” article that tried to support the claims that the Bidens earned “$15.6 million … from speaking fees and book deals” from 2017 to 2019, and that “more than $10 million of that total income was profits from Biden’s memoir ‘Promise Me, Dad’ and $3 million in profits from Jill Biden’s book.”
But a closer look at Joe Biden’s 2017 tax returns raises eyebrows. “Follow the source link provided to that $10 million number, though, and you’ll end up at Joe Biden’s campaign website with financial disclosure links to only their individual returns — no S-corporation tax returns,” the Federalist critiqued USA Today. “So, in reality, readers were left with a smokescreen.” The so-called “smokescreen” raised alarm for Republican lawmakers, causing them to demand transparency about the nearly $10 million sum from the passthrough entity.
Sen. Ron Johnson (R-WI), a co-author of the 2020 Senate report on the Bidens, told Breitbart News Joe Biden should openly disclose the source of the revenue. “Biden should disclose and every member of the press ought to hound him until he does,” he said.

The only real opportunities for career politicians to grow really wealthy is through graft & corruption. Oh and insider trading of course.
Otherwise they would have to work like the rest of us.
I think Harry Truman was maybe one of the first to acknowledge that publicly.
It’s interesting that the amount is the same that Joe and Hunter received in bribes from Burisma. Leftist publishers have become smokescreens for political grift in my opinion.
3 million dollars profit for Jill Biden’s book? That’s almost a confession of guilt.

He'll just laugh it off and the press will be OK with it.
They'll bark and slap their seal flippers together. Their little paper hats will flop to one side.
We’ll it does have a lot of fashion and adultery tips, so there’s that

Joe figured out that insider trading required too much time and effort. Straight up pay-to-play corruption was the easiest path to riches, especially after watching the Clintons’ rapid accumulation of wealth.
Yawn. Words, words, words.
uuummmmmm... that would be Burisma, please try and keep up
Biden hits the deck to give us 100 push ups to impress us with his physical prowess like he always does and all you can do is complain. You are obviously just a Hater
see #3.
On local radio here in Phoenix this morning , they were talking about the coverage of the Trump indictment coverage compared to coverage of the evidence of corruption surrounding the Biden Crime Syndicate.
291 minutes of the indictment.
0 minutes of the evidence of corruption.
THIS is why there is not a larger demand for the removal of this clown.
The media is Public Enemy #1.

I’m thinking you’re right. If I wanted to bribe a politician, I just can’t fork over $1 million. It’s too risky.
So I could instead invite the politician to make a few speeches at my meetings, and pay the politician $200,000 per speech.
Or I could buy thousands of copies of the politician’s book, at full cover price. Then I would donate the books to public libraries, where they’d just sit and gather dust.
Mission accomplished. All nice and legal.
Obama put the media in his pocket in 2008 and he has never let them go...
There's about 100,000 public schools in the U.S. Every one of them is stuffed with liberal bureaucrat decision makers. They all decide that Jill's book is SO important and popular, they need at least 3 copies for the school library.
300,000 sales of which Jill gets $10 each. Easy-peasy money-laundering of taxpayer dollars to corrupt politicians courtesy of your local school district.
Hmm. I wish there were a way to figure out where this mysterious $10 million deposit into his corporation came from.
It is so confusing. And mysterious. It baffles me. How would this happen? Was it a banking error? Maybe some kind of capital gain?
There is nothing anywhere, in any corner of this whole thing that tells us where $10 million dollars could have come from.
The whole thing just confuses me.
If only there were a lead we could follow.
See my post above. How can we ever get to the bottom of this total mystery?
The IRS needs to do a forensic audit....LOL, I crack myself up sometimes.
And shampoo scent recommendations.
