The rule change is stupid and the scope of people affected (millions) is well beyond the ability of ATF to process the ATF Form 4 to issue the tax stamps. The correct solution is to abolish the NFA categories for SBR, SBS and AOW. Treat them as standard firearms. The Form 4473 was already processed for those purchases. It will save a ton of time and money to eliminate these categories.
