The “Deep State” AKA “The Swamp” is the unconstitutional, and thus, illegal, portion of 80%+ of the federal government which has abandoned the U.S. Constitution and become totalitarian.
If this this illegal, shocking, unconscionable travesty actually happens, will it be enough for the American People and enough states to WAKE UP, RISE UP, AND OVERTHROW the ILLEGAL AND UNCONSITUTIONAL 80%+ of the federal government AKA “The Deep State” AKA “The Swamp”?

Modified declaration (inspired by our Founders in the Declaration of Independence which we now once again must declare and fight for trusting in the Hand of Divine Providence):
“We Patriots, in the Name, and by Authority of the good People of these Untied States and under the Supreme Authority of the United States Constitution, resolve to take back the federal government from the criminals and tyrants and put the federal government under the limitations and authority of the U.S. Constitution. And for the support of this Declaration, with a firm reliance on the protection of divine Providence, we mutually pledge to each other our Lives, our Fortunes and our sacred Honor.”
Another alternative is that its a local county DA in New York (in this case Alvin Bragg) pushing this case to the edge, to burnish his leftist credentials and get his name in the news.
Using progressive-left-lawfare is how political whores in DA and AG offices in NY have risen up to Governor for the last 40+ years. Add in a bit of Al Sharpton for color.
Bragg will go as far as he can, until someone higher up decides its not a good idea and shuts him down.
