When I was a growing up, if a cop shot and killed an unarmed person it was Manslaughter and 5 years, regardless of the situation. This was before unions and the lowering of standards for the sake of diversity.

Well, let him try to explain away the murder of Roseanne Boyland, who did absolutely nothing to deserve what the police did to her. She didn't die from a drug overdose either, as they falsely claimed.
