Tucker should have the lawyers for some of the J6 defendants on asking if they had access to all the video and if their clients were identified in any of them.

The premise is the video was not made available, and if not, why not?

Then I would pose the question to Schumer,et. al, about if this is how the justice system is supposed to work and if they support denying evidence to the defense.

Tucker could take 2 defendants a night and find them in the videos of where they were on that day. The media tried these people in the court of public opinion. Time to put the shoe on the other foot. And we still haven't gotten to the SS agent who shot and kill Babbit.

Tucker has the Shaman's lawyer on last night and, no, he stated he did NOT have access to the video that Tucker showed on Monday of the Shaman being giving a peaceful guided tour by the Capitol Police including even provided entry into the Senate chamber with an AP photographer conveniently awaiting him.
