After the humiliation of our skedaddle from Afghanistan, we need a victory in Ukraine because South Africa is contemplating joint military exercises with Russia and China.

We need a victory in Ukraine because the BRICS with all their basic resources are about to slip between the sheets with China.

We need a victory in Ukraine or write off NATO as a coherent, or at least semi-coherent, international force. Despite murmurings on these threads, NATO is still vital to America's national security.
