If the republicans solidly win this year in the Senate, expect a campaign theme from both sides that they didn’t manage to repeal much of any of this sessions outrageous legislation.
Well they can’t really repeal anything that was legitimately passed.. because Biden will veto, and they won’t be able to override... So, expectations of any rollback of any legislation passed in the last 2 years isn’t going to be possible until 2024.
But yes, that will be the narrative... because reality doesn’t matter.
