New York Times economics columnist Paul Krugman continued his downward spiral into parody by letting voters know he’s triggered over them blaming President Joe Biden for the inflation monster eating their wallets.
Krugman’s latest drivel harrumphed that “[v]oters don’t care about economists’ estimates of underlying inflation.” Instead, mourned Krugman, “they care about the prices they pay, especially the prices of highly salient goods they buy on a regular basis.” Krugman pivoted off of a bad European inflation report to lecture Americans that the “lesson” was that “these are precisely the prices over which President Biden, or actually any president, has almost no control.” When Biden used a similar line of reasoning to dodge responsibility for inflation in March, even The Associated Press fact-checked him: “Biden sidesteps reality. Government spending has been a clear factor behind rising consumer prices.” A Rasmussen Reports survey in March revealed that "64% of Likely U.S. Voters believe the policies of Biden’s administration have increased inflation."
Looks like the economist who admitted he was “wrong” on inflation is hopelessly content burying his head in the sand on the issue.

He couldn’t get a honest job as an economist.
I guess Krugman hasn’t noticed that the RATs campaign on the promise that they CAN control those things.

Nymex on morning of 6/6/2022: $9.286 at 10:44 am CDT
That is a price increase for natural gas of more than 375% since Brandon began Marxism in America.
In 2022 alone, the Brandon price increase for Natural Gas is up 230%.
That is a price increase in Calendar 2022 representing more than 1.47% increase, EVERY DAY, to the cost of the most used fuel for electricity, heating, transportation and production.
This country has never seen such inflation. Of course, it is intentional.

Krugman is a partisan idiot and his economic theories and policies were always a joke. The fact that he was awarded a Nobel prize shows that even many Nobel awards are a joke.
Krugman has a lucrative consulting business with some big companies like Enron (RIP). I have often wondered why anyone would hire him. Then I realized an economist that is always wrong can be just as valuable as one who is usually right. Just do the opposite of whatever he recommends.
