Noam Chomsky said earlier this week that former President Donald Trump is the “one Western statesman” who has laid out a “sensible” proposition to resolve the Russia-Ukraine crisis.
Yes he is telling the truth about Trump. But Chomsky is a dinosaur leftie. Kind of like Bernie Sanders. Even Bill Clinton sounded like a conservative when stacked up with today’s “woke” progressives.
President Kennedy admitted to being a proud liberal and he and Khrushchev solved the Cuban missile crisis. Trump would have done the same.
This does not surprise me at all.

The fact that he addresses Trump as a statesman, is an amazing
thing. And in this context, he means it as a positive. I don’t
trust this guy for a minute, but for him to label Trump this way,
it’s very interesting.
I’ll bet Biden did a double take on this. Why? Because
Obama would have told him to. LOL
