Does no one understand statistics or accumulating risk? If you accept that COVID is a dangerous disease (which it is to some people, especially the elderly), then any contact is dangerous. 15 minutes and 6 feet is just the gross estimate of where it crosses some maximum allowable risk. Five minutes at ten feet is safer. And the virus doesn't have a 6 foot leash limit like a cartoon dog where you are safe if you stay at 6 feet 1 inch. Seven feet is safer than six, but it isn't absolutely safe.

If you want to stay at under a 50%risk of death, two pulls of the trigger in Russian roulette would be OK. If your limit is 25%, then you're only allowed one pull
