These nutjobs are miserable inside and want to bring everyone else down. They’re like vampires for your emotional wellbeing. They hate happy people and they will try to leech your happiness away, to take it for themselves. The values they preach are the opposite of what they actually do. I’ve spent enough time around them to see all of them eventually crash and burn. I’ve known so many and it has not ended well for even one of them.
You can’t reason with them. No relationship is possible with this kind of person, except a parasitic one.
