Hit Back Hard: Here’s How You Defeat A Racism Charge
The Blue State Conservative ^ | 2/3/2022 | Selwyn Duke

Posted on 02/03/2022 4:29:06 AM PST by TheManWhoWantedToBeLeftAlone

“You’re a racist!” We’ve all heard that often enough. In fact, as was once said in saner times about opportunistic patriotism, it’s now racism charges that are the last refuge of a scoundrel. But there is a way to counter these scoundrels and seize the advantage.

No, the answer isn’t to explain yourself. It’s virtually always the case that racism-charge hurlers don’t care about Truth, anyway, but simply want to hurt you and win. The actual remedy?

Remember that the best defense is a good offense and hit them back — hard. And the following short response should become standard when accused of racism.

Simply say, “No, you are the racist — because you wouldn’t be making your accusation if I wasn’t white.”

This not only is rhetorically effective but has another upside: It’s very often true.

This can’t be said about leftists’ racism charges. As is the case with their being leveled at the currently protesting Canadian truckers, they constitute a reflexive device employed out of prejudice and/or because it works.

But don’t let it work. Fight fire with fire intensified with the accelerant of Truth; parry faux moral outrage with real moral outrage.

Level your retaliatory charge with passion, with the righteousness that breeds bravery. Wag your finger and make it stick. If necessary, add, in reference to the accusation hurled at you, “It’s disgusting — and you ought to be ashamed of yourself. And if you continue this disgusting, racist behavior, it means you’re a bad person.”

This strategy can put the race-card accuser on his heels; if it doesn’t, it at least can enable you to push back and achieve parity.

Unsurprisingly, it also accords with a number of power-attainment rules promulgated in socialist Saul Alinsky’s book Rules for Radicals. To wit (all quotations are Alinsky’s):

“RULE 11: ‘The price of a successful attack is a constructive alternative.’ Never let the enemy score points because you’re caught without a solution to the problem.” The aforementioned race-charge response is a solution. “RULE 5: ‘Ridicule is man’s most potent weapon.’ There is no defense. It’s irrational. It’s infuriating. It also works as a key pressure point to force the enemy into concessions.” Use the countering-racism ridicule — if necessary, mercilessly. “RULE 6: ‘A good tactic is one your people enjoy.’ They’ll keep doing it without urging and come back to do more.” What’s more satisfying than beating a scoundrel at his own game (in this case, a racial one)? “RULE 12: ‘Pick the target, freeze it, personalize it, and polarize it.’ Cut off the support network and isolate the target from sympathy. Go after people and not institutions; people hurt faster than institutions.” If you’re debating with others present, your morality-based counter-attack gives you at least a chance of winning their sympathy. To be clear, I wouldn’t use this strategy with a liberal who debated in good faith (an ever-rarer creature, indeed); that would be dishonorable. I’d mount rational refutations in that case. But if someone attacks with fists flying, you respond in kind. If he attacks with lies flying, you likewise strike back hard — with damning Truth.

Remember here that logical arguments matter, but are weapons suitable only to certain situations and with people receptive to Truth. Consider also that just as people don’t follow ideas — they follow people — people don’t fight ideas (except metaphorically). They fight people.

You win wars by defeating the foot soldiers who, whether or not subscribing to the ideas ostensibly motivating their military campaign, are fighting against you. Cold cultural and political wars are no different.

Of course, “War is not ‘the best way of settling differences,’” as G.K. Chesterton wrote in 1915 before adding, “it is the only way of preventing their being settled for you.”

Right now matters are being settled for us in a most unsettling way, partially because conservatives are busy playing Mr. Nice Guy. But those who can’t be reasoned with can only be fought. And when in the course of trying to destroy all that is great and good evil people try to hurt you, you hurt them back — badly and repeatedly, till they can fight no more.

***I like it. I myself married interracially and have found myself saying “I married interracially so shut the hell up. Most important decision in my life and race was not a factor — did YOU marry interracially?”

No, that won't work either. It's not "hitting back hard." It's a meaningless defense. Leftists don't care what white conservatives think, so it doesn't matter what you say.

Arguing with a leftist is like arguing with a pitbull. No matter what you say, it'll keep barking at you. Ignore his bark, and just hope he's well chained.

The loudest accusers of racism are racists. It’s an exercise in futility to attempt a rational discussion with them.

One of the most pointless and futile suggestions ever made by our side. Worse, it affirmatively advocates for re-enforcing and perpetuating the fabricated propaganda psy-op based on something utterly irrelevant in real life.

Duke proves why our side is losing. We do not understand or “do” psychology very well.

There are only two ways to respond. One is to bless those who curse you, and let God deal with them. The other is to tell the accuser to STFU you stupid damn SOB, and then pull out your gun. The former is what Christ commands us to do. The latter lessens the power of the enemy by one warrior.

The next time I’m accused of eating all the honey I will say: “you wouldn’t make the accusation if I wasn’t a bear!”.

Might be good to review James 4:7.

Food for thought.

My best man at my wedding was black. I was engaged to a black woman for a time. When I told a person who accused me of being a racist those two facts she said they only confirmed I was racist. Huh?

I like my tactic:

If a white person accuses me of racism I reply:

“That is such an exercise of your white privilege and an absolute cultural appropriation. Mh God, what is next? Are you going to trot out the blackface. What are you hiding? You live in a big mansion and are trying to convince us that you are down with the struggle? Racist.”

If a black person accuses me:

“I am a racist. I go to all the racist events and buy racist clothes and even recently ran a fundraising race for racism. You should come to the next one, we are having an “Uncle Tim’s Cabin” cook off, you might fit in.”

And on the rare occasion an Asian person accuses me I ask if they know King Fu.

The first time someone called me a racist I didn’t even know what they were talking about - I was a little kid and they were saying that I was “prejudiced” because I had a southern accent.

Since then I’ve been labeled a racist many, many times. I don’t argue with people like that. I don’t know why any intelligent person would WANT to argue with an idiot like that.

Them (in a tone of outrage and shock): You’re a RACIST!! (This is after they see me bopping crazily to “Tears of a Clown” and singing along in a shrill falsetto. Did you know it makes you a racist if you like old R&B tunes? Just like the other poster in this topic who said he told his accuser he was engaged to a black gal and that only upped his racist quotient.)

Me: *shrugging* Oh, well! I guess we can’t be friends then. (long pause) You ARE going to be leaving now, yes?

It’s the more desirable approach, since I’ve witnessed other folks - including members of my family - making total fools out of themselves trying to prove they aren’t racist. I emailed Donald Trump once when it seemed he was trying to prove he wasn’t a racist and it made him appear foolish. (I also wrote a personal letter to JK Rowling to advise her to stop apologizing to teh gayz. Also I said if she was ever in Colorado I would be more than happy to bowl a few games with her and buy some pitchers of beer. I told her that her husband is more than welcome to tag along because I’m nice.)

I mean, the idiots are in charge. They’re going to brand you as a this and a that and all kinds of things, whether you are that thing or not. If you can keep your job and your home and your sanity in this day, you’re a better man than I am, Gunga Din!

But at least when you’re trying to get comfortable in that cardboard box under the overpass before you go out for another day of panhandling at the strip mall, you’ll have your integrity.

I guess these “writers” who get paid for writing have to write about SOMETHING.

I agree. You use that statement and they will come back with
“whites were responsible for slavery, blah blah blah. Look what the whites did to the Indians, blah blah.

Republicans candidates have never learned how to stand up to the constant “Republicans are white supremacists, racists”

Rarely do they “repeat the history of the Democrats and all the bills they passed, refuse to pass in regards to blacks in our country”. Rarely do they mention the fact that Hiram Revels, from Mississippi, was first black Senator in 1870. 22 days after he took office, the 15th Amendment was ratified.

We need a standard often stated rebuke of their statements that Republican party is racist.

We need our own book vs, allowing them to use the book of Radicals.

My response: “Why are you so angry and hateful? You and your type preach love and inclusiveness, but you hate and despise anyone who doesn’t think exactly like you or share your views. You are a hateful person and have no credibility.”

Be firm and don’t let the libtard interrupt — and then walk away.

That is a much better response than the one proposed by the article. Good job.

‘Simply say, “No, you are the racist — because you wouldn’t be making your accusation if I wasn’t white.”

This not only is rhetorically effective but has another upside: It’s very often true.’

Very often true? No, it’s always true. “Racism” is a charge invented by the Left. It is their term; they came up with it, they defined it. It is not a neutral principle that can be applied to anyone. This is why DR3 is such an utter failure. They don’t care about Robert Byrd (who died nearly a dozen years ago when the youngest voters were in 1st grade).

By definition, only white people can be racist. Ever noticed how turning that weapon back on them doesn’t really work? The term was made up by commies to attack what used to be a white and Christian establishment. That’s why it is never applied to other groups. It’s always been that way. The Left didn’t twist the concept, they invented it. All it really breaks down to is a way to pathologize the in-group preferences that all groups practice when white people do it.

If it were actually a neutral term, Asia would be routinely attacked for its “racism.” It almost never is. There’s a reason for that. The term wasn’t invented as a weapon for use against Asians.

The good news is that for all of the mileage they’ve gotten out of “racism,” it’s about played out. When everything is “racist,” nothing is “racist.”

The point is not to win an argument with a leftist. The point is to shame and humiliate them in front of others. “Hope a pitbull is chained?” Hell no, grab a club.
