Indiana looks to require voting machines with paper ballot backups by 2024

"Indiana was one of just eight states that used voting machines in the 2020 presidential election that had no paper ballot backups.

The Indiana General Assembly recently passed a bill out of that requires all counties in the state to have voting machines with at least some paper ballot backups by July 1, 2024.

State law now says counties have until Dec. 31, 2029 to replace voting machines with no paper backup, and the Republican supermajority in the Indiana General Assembly has resisted calls to move this up to an earlier date, until now. ..."

The only fair vote is in person, with valid photo ID, and on paper.

Having a registered voter actually show up in person to cast their vote, present proper identification and to have their vote saved in physical form all constitutes “voter suppression” to the cheating Democrats.

About time. When I moved to Indiana in 2013, I began remarking to the poll workers that it was necessary to have these, not that they could do anything about it. I’m glad to see it’s finally on the table.

I’ll fix all this carp !!!

Voters MUST HAVE:

State or Military issued Picture ID.
Name match to Voter Rolls.
RED and BLUE INK at in person Voting Location to be finger dipped and put on Voter Rolls and Ballots.
No drop off or mail in ballots to be accepted after Local Polling Site is CLOSED !!!
Date/Time Stamped with Drop Box doing so upon entry of Ballot into Drop Box.
Drop Boxes located at All Fire Houses/VFD Locations with Secure Dual Cameras recording on different Recorders (to verify who and when Ballot was dropped in box) , for the Children of course.
RED and BLUE INK at Drop Boxes and Finger Dipped in one of the colors and a Mark put on Ballot.
Ink lasts on finger for 3 months. (fashion complaints- GET OVER IT !!!)
Blue ink found on nostrils will verify that it is a demonratcommieblmantifaterrorscumfeminazipedophilegoatraper so We may laugh and joke about them.

VIOLATORS WILL BE SHOT AT THE NEXT SUNRISE.

Indiana has an electronic system that when you check in to vote verifies your voting eligibility.
You also have to present ID. At that time

Many people are not aware of that. Our local voting machines only produce a paper total when the machine is closed each day.
And does not produce a paper ballot conformation slip for each voter.
All Indiana counties will have to have new machines , that will meet these new requirements.

Fun. Then when there’s a need, just reprint them until you get the desired vote count.

Paper or not, counting the votes is what matters. Paper ballots are counted by machines that are either optical mark or punched card readers.

There are always ways to cheat if there isn't a rigidly enforced chain of custody.

Did I say ‘electronic voting with paper ballot’? No.

*** And does not produce a paper ballot conformation slip for each voter.***

Yes, this is the problem that I mentioned to my local workers. Each voter should be able to see a paper ballot that reflects who they voted for. This last time I could see there was a window that showed a paper roll with votes, but it was very small print. I could read mine, but I have great vision. Others probably can’t read it. My guess is that most people wouldn’t even check for accuracy.

That’s what voting machines with paper ballot back up means. The machine prints out a ballot. That’s the way it works.
