Joe Biden spoke before the UN General Assembly on Tuesday morning. It was as awful as you’d expect.
The American leader coughed and mumbled incoherently through his speech. Joe is the laughingstock of the entire world.

Fake POTUS, Low life, Butt Wipe, Buffoon, Retarded, Democrat, Joe Biden addressed the United Nations this morning, As usual, he was horrible, babbling on with useless, meaningless woods and not one round of applause in the 30 minute or so speech.
As Biden concluded his boring speech.....he did get about five seconds of barely audible applause...period...the whole Biden gig was the joke of the day at the United Nations. Why? The UN members hate Biden.....period!!! Dems...ya all better dump this loser and his VP loser, Harris, now...or, he & she will take down the entire Democrat Party...period!!!
He obviously does not know what he is reading. Probably impossible for him to familiarize himself with a speech beforehand.

Yep. Flipping through the channels, I caught about 3 minutes of his speech. What I heard ranged from “angry old man yells at clouds” to “I have a secret and I’m going to whisper it to you”.
