I saw that first photo on a whole lot of threads this weekend, and everyone said they were photoshops. I would like to think they were not, but I do not see a link to the supposed NBC story about this.
If they were photo shopped, it was done by a pro.
Look at the first picture in Travis McGee’s post; is it possible to ‘shop someone in at the angle it was taken, and have it come out looking right?

Photoshopped? I don’t believe that. Too many photos. Too many angles. Too perfect. Too many parents attesting to it. The people saying it was Photoshopped are trying to play it down and support the idea that Biden is not retarded.
Multiple angles of the event that align with each other rule out Photoshop...could be done but highly unlikely.

As an artist who has used Photoshop I can say these photos were not Photoshopped. The hats and the shirts fit the kids too well, and all have the proper shading and highlights where the light touches them.
The Democrats can only wish the photo was doctored, but they know better.
