The interesting thing about this discovery is that, even though it is in the same general area of the Judean desert, it is apparently not directly related to the original Dead Sea scrolls found in 1947. Those were thought to be associated with the Essene sect at Qumran which was was destroyed by the Romans when the Jewish temple was destroyed in AD 70. The BK Revolt was about a half century later. To me, this opens up possibilities that other, different, groups around that time we’re using these caves. Who knows what else might be found.

I’m looking for the day they find the clay jars Jeremiah hid,

I have a suspicion that it may be the same title deed we’re shown in Revelation Chapter 5,

“Then I charged Baruch before them, saying, ‘Thus says the Lord of hosts, the God of Israel: “Take these deeds, both this purchase deed which is sealed and this deed which is open, and put them in an earthen vessel, that they may last many days.” For thus says the Lord of hosts, the God of Israel: “Houses and fields and vineyards shall be possessed again in this land.” Jeremiah 32:13-15
