They really think their constituents are fools. First, there is no systemic racism. Well, except for Affirmative Action. Luckily that has been judged to be unconstitutional.

But the last part is comical. All “african-americans who were enslaved” have been dead for almost a century.

But when your consituents are slow, you don’t have to be all that precise. No wonder Biden talked about FDR going on TV to calm the nation in 1929 and nobody cared. :)
