I know it is probably a foolhardy exercise to ask, but what is the remedy for righting previously declared but later evidenced to be wrong, judgements, or certifications?

Are they written in concrete, never to be questioned again?

When does one stop trying to show others in positions of ability to affect a change, that there are very serious observations that bring the previous conclusions and certs into question?

I predict that a lot of Republican legislators in these contested states will suddenly grow a pair on January 6th.

It is one thing to do nothing when you believe it is someone else’s responsibility. These legislators have been led to believe that it is the courts that will resolve this. The courts are rightly laying it at the feet of the state legislatures.

But one thing is clear, despite Democrat and fake news gaslighting to the contrary: this election was stolen. These legislators aren’t stupid - they know perfectly well it was stolen. Their fault isn’t turning a blind eye. Their fault is being slow to realize the responsibility to remedy it falls squarely on them - and no one else.

When January 6th arrives, and still no last minute SC ruling has saved the day, I think this game of chicken will come to an abrupt halt. Republican state legislators from several contested states will formally notify VP Pence that they are moving to officially decertify. The January 6 proceedings will be put on ice.

The Democrats will cry bloody murder.
