Is there an easy foot traffic way to hike from Reagan National to the Lincoln Memorial/ Capitol? It looks like crossing the Arlington Memorial Bridge might do it.

If you're the adventurous sort you can walk the Mt Vernon Trail north and walk over the bridge. I suspect $20 on uber would save you wear and tear especially in the cold.
