There is no way the American People will be able to stomach a complete overturn by State Legislatures of the rigged Election.
Someone with a lot more horsepower than me needs to start pushing a path forward that doesn't deny the will of the voters on both sides.
Tyhat path is to split the electors in the Fraud States.
State Legislatures could award electors for each COngressional District based on vote totals from November 3. The remaining two electors would be split, one for each candidate, based on neither candidate winning majority of both Congressional Districts and popular vote in that State.
The voters in the populous Counties clearly overwhelmingly wanted Biden, even if the cheating didn't occur. Giving them some but not all electoral votes would at least be defensible.
A national movement to have all States adopt this electoral approach as a disincentive to mass fraud would also be ideal. But for the moment, this needs to be pushed, hard and fast, or there will be no change at all.
If someone reading this has any political pull or can make contact with someone who does, I urge you to get this to them.
Otherwise, it means that any thieving party can claim victory because they cheated enough to steal it from the true winner.
I will not give up on my hope that Trump can still pull this out of the bag. Too many forces are arrayed against him without him having a hole card he can pull out of his pocket and drop it on the table.
The democRATS are against him, the RINOs are against him, the globalist commies are against him. The only group who are behind him are his supporters. And Trump himself.
I still believe he will be president on January 20th but he will need an ace up his sleeve to do it.
It isn't the "will of the voters" when you have hundreds of thousands of fake ballots dumped into the system. It's fake.
The "will of the voters" is that Trump be re-elected, because fake ballots do not represent the actual will of the people.

The way forward:
1. Giuliani leads one or two states to decertify, nullify, suspend.
2. Giuliani leads states to take fraud data to SCOTUS covering more than half dozen states. States come along to show they are in conflict what to do in face of blatant massive fraud.
3. Giuliani frames case under Equal Protection provisions.
4. SCOTUS orders decertification of states where fraud of sufficient magnitude leaves election outcome in doubt.
5. Biden’s total certified EC votes fall back under 270.
6. Election moves to Congress for vote.
7. Trump wins.
All the above is Constitutional.

Fraudulent ballots, not counting votes for Trump, software manipulation of the counts and basically making the election come out the way the commiecrats want IS negating the will of the voters. Overturning that steal IS making sure the will of the voters is followed. ObiteMe didn’t win. Get used to it.
If Trump does prevail, the anger of the Deep State will be so intense as to make his first term look like a walk in the park by comparison. I wouldn't put it past them to resort to assassination to prevent a second term.

Saying Biden stole this election is like saying Cap’n Crunch was a real captain. People claim Biden has dementia whatever Creepy Sleepy Joe has, he doesn’t have all of his faculties in the mental department. No to say Sleepy Creepy Joe stole the election is to say Sleepy Creepy Joe was the mastermind behind the fraud and that is the furthest thing from the truth in an election that was ladened with rampant fraud. No, there were many actors involved but they were all coordinated by a cadre of elite individuals. Or at leas they like to think they are elite but only they just have so much money they would rather manipulate the election than do something worthwhile for the good of the American people. Most in the know could probably point out the ring leader as he goes back at least to the Bush Jr. vs Gore election. After Gore lost he personally made it his mission to secure many Secretary of State positions with his money across the United States. We are seeing the fruition of his plan put into motion. This in combination with outside influences have done a grave disservice not only to every citizen of his country but to the world over who watches how elections are supposed to be run in a fair and honest manner. The world knows this past election was replete with fraud and know the election was stolen not by Biden as they too know that Biden is merely a puppet in this scheme. Biden neither stole the election because he never ran for the office nor did he even campaign for the office. Biden was carried on a platform he does not believe in but will promulgate to further his legacy. However in the long run history will be as kind to Sleepy Creepy Joe as Sleepy Creepy Joe was to the Ukrainian prosecutor he had fired. Biden didn’t steal the election because no one in their right mind thinks Sleepy Creepy Joe knows he is even where he is at any given moment. Soros and others masterminded this coup d’etat and Sleepy Creepy Joe rode the coattails of the fraud to further his name in the annals of history.
The scenario I laid out would give the election to Trump.
Your all or nothing approach will yield nothing.

You don’t get it. My suggestion would give Trump the election.
An all or nothing approach will is a guaranteed loser.
There is no approach being put forth that gives Trump the White House in a peaceful manner.
My suggested approach might do that.
In a nation of over 300 million citizens, I don’t think we need dynasties. John Quincy Adams had some good ideas but was not a very effective President (partly because the supporters of Andrew Jackson refused to accept the legitimacy of his election). Benjamin Harrison is not much remembered or rated very highly. FDR is different but he was only a fifth cousin to TR. The second Bush was largely a disappointment but he did keep Gore and Kerry out of the White House and he made one stellar Supreme Court pick (and the other one wasn’t as bad as anyone a Democrat would have picked). Fortunately we have been spared a second Kennedy or a second Clinton so far.
...but we might need a strong monarchy in place to fight of the AI robots! ;-)

You have three choices here.
1. Watch Biden take office with ease, because there isn’t going to be a complete overturn by enough legislatures.
2. Watch the Nation burn as the election goes scorched earth in the House.
3. Put Trump on a path to victory that shows the American people that a sensible allocation of electors can be made.
According to Art. II of the USC each state legislature can sect electors ANY WAY THEY WANT TO.
