Probably not. I would doubt the software itself is accessible to end users. This extra "insurance policy" was likely built right into the code. It is possible that it had to activated with a secret key though. Obviously, this has been a long-standing and well planned effort to cheat. This is one of many tactics to ensure the "correct" outcome.
It was a Demonicrat software feature.
As we know by the likes of google, twitter, facebook, MS and the rest, most IT people lean left. Not too hard to imagine they’d bake something into the program. It needs to be open source.
President Trump should publicly state that anyone involved in vote fraud in the questionable states have 24 hours to come clean and show evidence and a Presidential pardon will follow along with complete anonymity and U.S. Marshall protection and if they don’t not and the investigations catch them they will get the max punishment. At the same time some private organization should offer big money for those who do so and the more votes that were involved the bigger the reward.
