If you voted by mail, absentee or early voting, but sorry you CAN NOT change your ballot.

If you are given a provisional ballot that is elections office just appeasing you as they do not count most times, like 9 out 10.

This is for Florida. Wasn't aware that some states allow it, but not surprised.
