Would not surprise me that the NSW Premier Gladys Berejiklian probably has employed all sorts of nanny tactics, but she’s likely a sweetheart compared to this character running Victori.

The question is which came first: the lockdowns or the rising case rates? Did the case rates go up in spite of the lockdowns or were the lockdowns were in response to an already rising case rate? Sure, California’s lockdowns are some of the strictest in the nation, but the second wave of lockdowns happened after we became #1 in the nation for coronavirus cases. Maybe the same thing happened here?
