Much fewer deaths because people are staying out of hospitals.Less elective surgeries killing people, less people getting staph or other infections from dirty hospitals and other misdiagnoses not happening. Doesn't say much for our hero health care front liners if true.

Much fewer deaths because people are staying out of hospitals. That might be it. Hospitals are full of sick people and people in them are susceptible to infections.
My dad is going in next week for necessary surgery but people are staying away if they have any choice.
