Millions of “non essential” treatments and procedures were postponed or cancelled because of the lockdowns, making illnesses even worse. In New York City EMS personele were instructed not to even bother bringing in those old folks who suffered cardiac arrests and couldn't be treated on the spot by EMS.
Millions of people couldn't get vital treatment that they needed because everything was focused on covid. If anything more people should be dead from other diseases plus covid.
The fact that total deaths are down goes to show what a hoax this is.
